Communications Manager

Urban Saints are looking to recruit a new Communications Manager to join the team. This is a critical role, where you will be taking a lead to ensure that Urban Saints' internal and external communications are as effective as they can be. You will manage the Communications Team to ensure effective delivery of our communications strategy that promotes the identity and values of Urban Saints. Working with all other branches of Urban Saints, you will also maintain overall responsibility for ensuring that Urban Saints communicates well with the wide range of audiences we are seeking to connect with.

The ideal candidate will be one who understands and is passionate about ministry, particularly with opportunities provided through communications. They will also be experienced and confident with all primary channels and tools within the communications and marketing arena. We are also looking for someone who possesses a strategic mindset who is able to act as advisor to the CEO on Communications and Marketing matters, and to achieve impact through partnership and networking.

Salary: Up to £31,200 per annum pro rata (£39,000 FTE) depending on experience
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part time (30 hours a week)
Location: Home-working

Urban Saints are at an exciting point of their ministry.  We are looking for new individuals to join the Board of Trustees, who have a passion for reaching young people and reflecting the love of Jesus. The Board of Trustees is a dedicated team who serve Urban Saints, providing insight and holding the team to account. They are responsible under the governing documents for overseeing the management and administration of Urban Saints. They bring strategic thinking, creative vision and sound judgement to governance decisions, helping to keep the whole ministry accountable to our mission, vision, and values.

Regional Prayer Coordinators

Prayer is already at the heart of everything we do but we sense a strong call from God to grow this area of our ministry, raising up increasing prayer cover for the 1000’s of young people and leaders we serve across the UK and Ireland.

We are looking for people who love prayer, are highly organised and want to make an impact at a regional level. You will bring the best out of a region in prayer, and be responsible for the support, delivery and development of prayer and prayer groups across a region.

We are particularly looking for Regional Prayer Coordinators to cover the following regions:

Remuneration: Voluntary
